Architectural Designs
we provide full architectural services throughout all BACL work stages, from inception to completion of the project.
Project Management
We can help you to manage the project or do it on your behalf, controlling the risk and cost to completion.
Construction Stage Services
We oversee the building works on a regular basis, checking them for compliance with our designs, answering the contractor’s queries and providing information .upon completion we inspect the works and prepare a list of defects and monitor their rectification.
Consultancy
If you are considering buying or selling a property or a site, we can help you asses its condition, potentials, research its planning history and advice on any limitations. The consultancy services are usually free for our clients.
Interior Designs
Offering Architecture and Interiors as one package makes a lot of sense, On the practical side , it dramatically improves coordination and provides significant cost saving as a lot of duplicate work can be avoided. Optionally we help you to select the loose furniture, art and decorative items and procure them on behalf of our clients. As a professional practice we have access to significant trade discounts which we are happy to give to our clients.
Building Information Modeling (BIM)
At BACL, we use Building Information Modeling {BIM} on all our projects. The software Autodesk Revit, allows us to create a virtual 3D model of the building that is shared with other design consultants, structural and mechanical engineers. Budgets are much easier to prepare and keep on target. BIM allows us to detect potential problem areas so that we can produce a competent schedule and specification for each aspect of the project. We also offer a BIM based design services as a standard without any increase to our fee. In order to fully benefit from BIM technology, we would require a 3D laser scanning of the building than a traditional 2D measured survey.
